RMG Steel USA Inc. seeks Vice President of Operations and Sales in Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Duties:

Serve in an executive management capacity to establish, build, and manage the operations and growth of a greenfield-start-up distribution-manufacturing facility in the onshore and offshore wind turbine generator industry; Manage yearly budgeting and yearly strategic planning and finances including full profit and loss responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting; Develop and implement the U.S. business strategy; Ensure high-quality commercial output and maximize profitability; Create, implement, and optimize an operations system for of recording and tracking RFQs, Quotations, Orders, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Health, and Safety in compliance with ISO Standards; Manage the Request for Quotation and quotation process; Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable; Manage the U.S. workforce including recruiting, hiring, managing and reviewing employees; Conduct sales calculations and sale price validation to determine if calculated sales price is in line with market sales pricing; Develop and maintain the sales portfolio and client relationships; Negotiation and execution of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, framework agreements, and letters of agreement with both new and existing customers; Manage distribution, warehousing, FIFO (First In, First Out) order transfer tracking system, and logistics; Work with metal components and construction design and manufacturing processes to help guide and recommend optimization and cost-out suggestions to customers; Support new and existing customers with technical and fabrication optimization and change proposals; Develop proposals for U.S. fabrication and set up for offshore customers; Implement and enforce processes and guidelines throughout the organization to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction; Ensure compliance with the overall strategy and procedures across all locations in Europe, Asia, and North America; Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, legislation, and U.S. health and safety standards and guidelines; Participate in group and board meetings as part of the executive management team; Ensure compliance with ISO, EN, and APQP4Wind standards; Oversee implementation of a complete operating system that will comply with the future implementation of the ISO 9001 system and certification; Implement measures to ensure that business operations aligned with global sustainability standards; Position requires approximately 25% U.S. domestic and international travel, approximately 8-12 weeks per year in North America, Europe, and Asia to conferences, customer sites, and company offices. Job Requirements: Position requires 6 years of executive management experience in the onshore and offshore wind turbine generator industry as a Vice President, Factory Director, or in a related position, which must include 6 years of experience with each of the following: Establishing a greenfield-start-up distribution-manufacturing facility; Managing yearly budgeting and yearly strategic planning; Negotiation and execution of contracts, nondisclosure agreements, framework agreements, and letters of agreement; Creating, implementing, and optimizing an operations system for recording and tracking RFQs, Quotations, Orders, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, Health, and Safety in compliance with ISO Standards; Managing distribution, warehousing, FIFO (First In, First Out) order transfer tracking system, and logistics; Working with metal components and construction design and manufacturing processes to help guide and recommend optimization and cost-out suggestions to customers; Conducting sales calculations and sale price validation to determine if calculated sales price is in line with market sales pricing; and Ensuring compliance with ISO, EN, and APQP4Wind standards. Position requires approximately 25% U.S. domestic and international travel, approximately 8-12 weeks per year in North America, Europe, and Asia to conferences, customer sites, and company offices.
