Components are welded in state-of-the-art stations using laser-guided tooling and repeatable robotic programming—ensuring uniform quality across every production cycle.

Automatic Welding Stations:

• 4 dedicated welding stations
• 6 weld arms with 500 Amp welding machines
• 8 rotating weld worktables

 Capacity:

• 2 × 6000 × 2000 mm, or
• 1 × 13,000 × 2000 mm
• Max load: 5 tons
• All stations are equipped with laser tracking systems

 Cobot Welding:

• 2 Cobot welding stations
• 1300 mm working radius
• 500 Amp robotic welders

 Orbital Welding:

• 1 orbital welding setup
• 300 Amp power
• Supports pipe diameters of 70 mm

All automated welds can be followed by certified surface finishing, offering both visual polish and industrial durability.
