Starting within the Granly Group, Brian has a traditional career path in many aspects. Loyal and active, he has advanced and scaled the corporate ladder within the same organization.

Brian has been with the company for over 40 years and a senior executive for the past 25, so personal growth and development is something he knows about firsthand.

Even though the chief executive role is tough to fill, Brian is doing an exceptional job.

He is open to new perspectives and better ways to do things. He is charismatic, trustworthy, strategic, and a true man of integrity.

Claus Rasmussen

Prior to joining RMG Steel in 2017, Claus occupied top-management positions within the Wind and Automotive Industries in Denmark, China, and the US.

Claus's first connection with the Granly Group happened in 2008 when he established a greenfield foundry in China as a project manager.

After years of cooperating on other projects, Claus joined RMG Steel USA as the first US-based employee.

Claus is an inventive, strategic, and critical thinker. In addition, he possesses strong leadership, multi-tasking, decision-making, and relationship-building skills, as well as business intelligence.

He analyzes the company's performance and always looks for areas of improvement.

Jesper L. Mathiesen

Starting his career within the Granly Group as a part-time apprentice, Jesper has climbed the corporate ladder and has over 25 years of seniority to date.

Jesper possesses excellent management, communication, and organizational skills.

He plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees operations activities in the Chinese facility, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient methods and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs. Jesper always finds ways to make RMG Steel Ningbo run as seamlessly as possible.
